This imposing stone villa offers a unique experience to guests. It combines the amenities of a modern house with the unique decor of stone walls and the stoning view to Trapezaki bay. It is located only15 minutes drive from Argostoli . Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the beaches of Lourds and Trapezaki in sight. The residence is 20 min. drive from the airport while within a few minutes walk you can find a mini market, a bakery, and many tavernas.
The villa measures almost 200m2 and occupies 2 floors. It sleeps up to eight people. It is well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with a free-standing fridge freezer, and a sink unit complete with utensils. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen and towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay.
