About this space
Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and convenient. 1930’s craftsman construction. Around 1500 living area for you to enjoy. Large front and back decks plus two car, COVERED parking. Best location in BR!
100 yards from Mid-City parade route
Bike/walk friendly area. Close to all things mid-city Including awesome restaurants and bars, many within walking distance. Walk to Baton Rouge General Hospital.
One mile to BRCC
4.7 miles to Tiger Stadium (11 min) and 2.3 miles to LA State Capital building.
The space
A note regarding safety for children. Window blinds have cords and COULD BE DANGEROUS for small children. choking hazard.
Enjoy the large rooms and comfy space
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the room to the right of the front door. It is currently under construction/renovation and is being used as storage at the moment. Guests do not have access to the detached garage in the backyard. Otherwise… You have 1500 ft.² for your enjoyment

I believe you will love staying in the Mid-city Marvel !
Mid-city has so much to offer and you are right in the middle of it… But secluded from it at the same time. Enjoy your stay at my beautiful, historic home.
