Perfect for families, friends, and food lovers, the first floor is designed for gatherings—flowing from a chef’s kitchen to a spacious family room, and out to a private backyard patio. Whether you're grilling a meal, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or bringing back takeout from one of Mystic’s amazing restaurants, this home is ideal for entertaining inside and out.

This sun-filled townhouse offers a stylish yet comfortable setting, carefully restored to honor its history while adding a fresh, fun twist. This Historic home has been renovated to be two, spacious, side by side townhouses. This townhouse is called the Avery Suite. Each townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, and outside space. Our guests have complete and exclusive access to their own townhouse and outside space. There are no shared spaces

All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Guests must climb stairs. There is ample parking in our parking lot on the south side of our building.
There are two side by side townhouses. They each have their own listing. There is a third listing for the entire house and all outside spaces. The entrance to this, The Avery Suite, is located on Church Street.
