The house was comfortable and well equipped for a large family. It is close, within walking distance, to the beach. The property manager was friendly and responsive.
Beautiful open area home! Close to the beach. Only comment would like to have a larger microwave. Enjoyed our stay there, loved the lights in the pool and. the large pool area.
Had great time in this property. Enough room for our two families. It was lacking a second refrigerator and pool service only came once, was needed more often. Very clean and well appointed. Open floor plan great for relaxing at night. Beach access was great and only a 5-minute walk. Would definitely return to this house.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.I ran out of characters to fully describe the poor condition of the house.
The house is not at all as presented in the online pictures. To be clear, Tom, the property manager, was as helpful, but is dealing with a house that has disengaged New York owners. I was not going to leave a review but the owner has refused to provide the full refund as agreed in writing after we were forced to move due to severe mold on the second floor, where many beds are located. The back patio was filthy, covered in dirt, and had stained cushions. Toys and pool equipment were strewn throughout the yard when we arrived, and the trash was overflowing. The cabinets in the kitchen have doors hanging off the hinges and do not close, the oven had two grease-filled pans inside, the dishwasher doesn't clean dishes, and the refrigerator had spilled coke all over the inside. We are all blonde and there was dark hair all over the floors of the bathrooms. The vacuum didn't work and wasn't replaced. The house was gross. The mini split that cooled the upstairs area didn't blow cold air and leaked water all over the floor, likely contributing the mold issue - soft sub flooring. Walking up the stairs, the smell and the heat hits you like a wall. We bought huge camper kits to try to dry out the room, bought pillows for the entire house because the pillows were dirty and worn out. We bought air fresheners in an effort to clean or cover the smell. A landscaping company came during the day and did a full clean up blowing dirt and debris across the entire top of the pool. Bad

Response from VrboOwner on 14 Feb 2026
Please refer to our other reviews. This guest had a family member that set the minisplit in the bunk room to 66 degrees when they arrived, evidently not understanding that lowering it that far would cause issues, it froze up and the ice melted causing water to run down the wall which flavored his visit. Tom was responsive and was there right away (we live down the street). The maid service had missed the spill in the fridge and the guest complained about the seat cushions which Tom took care of the day of their arrival. No other items were mentioned until they asked for a refund. We immediately granted them a refund and refunded their money. Their stay was July 8-11th, They did not post this review until August 12th when they realized that we had refunded the money that the owner had received but vrbo does not refund their fees. This is vrbo's policy and is not something that we, or the owner, have any control over. This review is retribution for the policies of vrbo. The owners visit regularly (at least every 6-8 weeks and are meticulous in their maintenance of the home.
