About this property

After a day at the beach, hiking, boating or shopping, you can relax in one of our private, stylish bungalows, while taking in water views and listening to the birds sing. At night you may want to try one on the amazing local restaurants from Madison to Old Saybrook. We also have outstanding theater and farmers markets in season. You can also stay in and have a romantic dinner in with fresh veggies from our garden and wine from the local winery. You will fall in love with this historic area. A boaters paradise!

We love this part of the New England Coast! And living so close to the water with breath taking views is a dream come true. The friendly people, great restaurants, on this peaceful property is one we know you will love as well.

Why they chose this property

Historic Waterside Lane is our favorite street in Clinton- the homeowners take great pride in owning a bit of history. It is also great for our out of town guest to be able to walk to the beach with out an expensive $75 day pass!

What makes this property unique

This is a once in a lifetime property - it has both Long Island sound and Indian River views and is just a few hundred feet from the Clinton town beach. Try as we might, we doubt we will ever find a property as unique as this one.
