Condo on the Sound w/Beautiful Sunsets!

One bedroom co-op in Port Royal. This co-op is located on Fort Pond Bay minutes away from Navy Beach restaurant. It’s quiet and has some of the best sunsets you will find on the East coast.
Sleeps 4. One queen size bed and a queen size pullout couch in the living room.
Sliding door leads out to the deck with 3 stairs down to the beach.
Fort Pond Bay is the perfect spot for paddle boarding or kayaking. You can walk the beach to Duryea’s (lobster restaurant).

Additional amenities: outdoor community pool, tennis courts, basketball court, laundry room,
Wi-Fi, numbered parking spot and community grills on the beach.

No large groups. No pets.

Fantastic Getaway!

Loved the condo. It was a perfect location for us with our wedding being at Navy Beach next door. Owner thoughtfully left flowers and champagne for us, aware of our pending nuptials. Condo is so well kept. Beautiful inside and out with an easy walk to the beach with gorgeous views. We will absolutely stay again!!!! 5 stars!
