Newly remodeled kitchen with Bertazzoni professional series gas range, GE dishwasher, and refrigerator. Queen bed, closet space, new LG washer and dryer. Outdoor shower, indoor Speakman showerhead with the best water pressure. Hosts live upstairs - downstairs unit has a separate entrance with August Home Wi-Fi Smart Lock to access via mobile device.

Located on a hill behind downtown and Pageant of the Masters. Enjoy Sawdust Art Festival (begins June 30th), Laguna Playhouse, Pageant of the Master and incredible casual to fine dining options, all within walking distance. Beach coves are peppered along the coastline. Laguna Beach Trolley available at no cost during the summer months. One dedicated outdoor parking spot available for our guests.
