We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is great—just 15 minutes from North Padre Island and very close to an HEB grocery store and plenty of restaurants. It sits on a corner lot, so expect a bit of daytime street traffic.The backyard setup was fantastic. We loved having a private pool and a shaded grilling area. The pool area gets nice afternoon shade, the water was sparkling clean, and there is tons of outdoor seating. A huge bonus was the downstairs air-conditioned pool room, which features its own bathroom and shower. The pool room had plenty of beach towels. You can fish right off the wooden deck by the water!If you enjoy being outside, the home has two balconies.Inside, the kitchen and living room are spacious. The living room furniture is perfect for lounging in the evening, and the master bed was comfortable. The only downside is that there is only one shower inside the main house, meaning the two upstairs bedrooms have to share a single full bathroom.

The house was one of the best stays we've had. The location and grounds were great. The pool setup was one of the best I've seen. Plenty of parking for the boat and vehicles. Definitely will stay again.
