Welcome to Pelican Cove! Step into the ultimate beach destination at this stunning water-view condo in El Matador! With easy access to the gorgeous white dunes and the Emerald Coast Gulf waves, you'll fall in love with the serenity of Okaloosa Island.

Located on the 5th floor of building 2, this beautiful unit offers panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Sound waterways out the front door and views of the Gulf. The patio is perfect for enjoying sunsets and sharing meals with your family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a full fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishware, and a coffee machine. The dining room table is perfect for sharing meals for 6 people as well as the breakfast nook off the kitchen and the living room arrangement offers plenty of seating.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, and a master bath with a tub and shower.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
No pets are allowed in the unit or on the property.
Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am.
The condo is located on the 5th floor and is accessible by elevator.
The condo complex has strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Guests are responsible for following all El Matador condo complex rules and regulations.
The unit is equipped with a keyless entry system. The code will be provided before check-in.
The unit comes with 1 parking passes. Additional parking passes can be purchased for a fee.
Additional Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.
