Stay was good. Property was as advertised. It was well appointed, clean and large enough to feel like a nice size apartment. Did not appreciate that the owner did not reply to the mouse trap we bought to catch a mouse. The owner did not offer to reimburse or even say "sorry that you had to take care of the mouse."

Quiet and relaxing

I was looking for some place to stay that was quiet and relaxing. This property is warm and comfortable, with an understated elegance. The porch was a nice place t and I felt comfortable parking my car in the back of the property. The occasional neighbor was friendly and the property manager was quick to respond to my questions.

Wonderful place

We loved the unit, the woodworking and the decor. It's a beautiful place! It was quiet and charming! The bed was comfortable. The amenities were nice from the coffee pods to the cold water in the fridge. We also loved the "greeter," the orange cat that hung around the place! it was so sweet and friendly! We have another work event in November and hope to get to stay again!

Awesome for the 2nd time

We stayed here once before and loved it so much we stayed again! The unit is very clean and the woodwork is gorgeous! The bed is comfortable. The hosts are easy to get hold of if you need something. There's a neighborhood cat that comes to visit and we love spending time with her! She's like an on site host. She just wants love and food if you're willing to share. Parking is off street and I love that too. As long as we have events in Topeka, we will be staying here.
