Grab our kayaks and paddle your worries away, or make a splash with memories that stick. We delight in welcoming friends, families, and small groups. Indeed, you can bring your entire family, pooch included. Our property offers ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars and a rapid E.V. charger, note fees apply to use charger. Enjoy our fully fenced yard, complete with a hot tub, outdoor shower, yard games, and seating. Check out our pictures. A mere 4-minute walk from our house lies our neighborhood beach, frequented mostly by residents and visitors, giving it a private feel. The house boasts a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with essentials, including a drip coffee maker, pour-over, and French press. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan living room with a gas fireplace and abundant seating. For children, we provide a porta crib, highchair, books, and toys. Adults can enjoy numerous board games, a selection of books, and an outdoor bar lounge area. With many food and wine events on the Russian River calendar this year, our home's location is ideal—just one mile from Guerneville, perfect for excursions to the ocean or redwood forest. Your stay includes a beach package with 4 kayaks, wheeled carts, life jackets, beach chairs, an ice chest, floats, and a beach wagon for transporting your gear. Our listing features a photo of some included items. Additionally, there are 2 large private decks and 2 smaller chat areas for day or night outdoor enjoyment, complete with an outdoor fire table, festive bar, and BBQ. Check out our photos. If you search for RUSSIAN RIVER WINE ROAD online you will find a wine tasting map, one of my favorite roads to taste on is west side rd, Wilson winery has some great Zinfandels. You can also stop by Korbel champagne cellars pick up a free map while tasting some free champagne! Korbel offers deli items and fresh made gourmet sandwiches for eating on there back deck or Togo!

Amazing weekend

We had a great stay at Caitlin’s home in Guerneville. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and the whole house had great vibes as well as all the cooking appliances you could need for a group. We really enjoyed the back patio and easy access to the water. We hope to be back soon!

A perfect break…

The property is amazing… So much charm, gorgeous trees, comfy beds, they thought about everything :-) we did not get to use the hot tub or the corn hole this time around, but we plan to when we visit again! We absolutely loved our stay, the only thing that would make this place more perfect is if it were on the river and walking distance to town. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay at this wonderful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious relaxing interior, great decor inside and out, luxury quality mattresses in all bedrooms, jetted tub in master bath as well as outdoor hot tub (complete with robes), nearby private beach, all the beach gear you could ask for and so much more, including a washer and dryer. Very quiet area tucked into the redwoods and felt very private yet only a mile from Guerneville. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee/tea bar. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Great that they also have an EV charger. Our party consisted of 4 adults, but they have everything to make this a great family getaway. We really hated to leave, but I’m sure we’ll return again.

Loved our stay at the Villa!

This property was amazing! We were 3 adults and 4 kids ages 10 - 14 and everyone had a great time. The house is well equipped with not only a fully stocked kitchen, but also board games and even a dart board on the fabulous back patio. The beach is 5 minute walk away, and even on a holiday weekend not very crowded - and because it's a neighborhood beach, everyone is super friendly. We grabbed some inflatable floaties and kayak paddes to use with our paddelboards and walked down every day with our picnic. Fantastic day! Then spent our evenings playing board games (there's a good selection if you dont' bring your own!) and letting the kids watch movies while we enjoyed wine on the patio. Also, the host was very responsive and welcoming. Great stay!

Our home is in the best neighborhood in Guerneville! The name is vacation-beach because people have been traveling here for vacation for over 100 years! It’s a quiet dead end street with a 4 min walk to a big neighborhood beach. Tall redwood trees all around, the perfect place to relax and have some fun. Book with us and have no regrets!

Gourgous giant 800 sq deck with a built in bar bbq outdoor kitchen. Hot tub short walk to the river. Large fenced yard with new hottub corn hole and other games. Lounge seating and kayaks included!
