Highly Recommended. Eight adult family members (four couples) from around the country gathered here for a week in October. Perfect property for us. Beautiful area. House amenities were fantastic and decoration was inviting. Great (two) kitchen setup that is well stocked. Fantastic movie room. Loved the game room. Hot tub was ready for us and fun. Location is great: Less than 15 min to downtown and river arts, and 3 minutes to a grocery store. David is very responsive and addressed the couple minor issues that came up. Would definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful start to finish. The house is fantastic, check in was easy, and the host was available whenever needed by message. Amenities are a huge highlight - we enjoyed the theater, hot tub, and games. Everything was clean and organized. Even well labeled (where to get more towels, etc.)

Perfect home for a large family with kids from 2 to 17 years old. So comfortable and so much to do, no one wanted to leave for other activities! Perfect host - every need was anticipated. Absolutely love our stay!

The house was very cool, and everyone that stayed had a great time. The bedrooms are spaced out decently, so everyone isn't right on top of each other. The hot tub and theater rooms were huge hits, and we heavily utilized those. (The theater sound system could use some fixes though. Sound never came out of the sound bar, and only came out of the projector, thus rendering the sound somewhat quieter than it should be.)The house is huge, and everyone has plenty of space to relax. The final portion of the drive up is STEEP though, so if you have a very large vehicle (Large van or bus), it ain't making it to this house. But overall, the house is very cool, and I would stay there again if I was traveling to Asheville.

Wonderful place to stay with large group

We had a family get together, 13 people total, including three small children. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. 10-15 min drive to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend.

Stylish Getaway

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. With so many ammenities and areas to hang out, our guests were able to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, game room, wood burning fireplace and movie theater!

Stay at Skyland Serenity Chalet

This place is absolutely amazing! We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. It is clean, all the rooms are so nice. The kitchen is nicely stocked. It is also in a great location to downtown and outdoor activities. The game room was a major highlight. The place exceeds what is written in the listing and would definitely stay here again! The host is also incredibly responsive and helpful

Beautiful Chateau!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family getaway. Not only did we have all the information needed to prepare but the house was just as pictured. The host was helpful and there was not one thing missing to help make our experience top tier. All around clean, comfy bedding, kitchen essentials, and cozy furniture. The movie room was hands down our favorite amenity. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Perfect for family get together

We celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary with a weekend away, and this house was perfect for us. It's better equipped than most VRBOs, and they add nice touches like not making you strip the beds when you check out. The movie theater is to die for. So fun! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend with girl friends. The house was beyond what I thought it would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!! Asheville Trip

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville, all thanks to the beautiful home we stayed at. This house lived up to all that was advertised. Great communication with the host, gracious amenities, and the overall cleanliness of the house. The game room and movie theatre were a huge bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Incredible Home

This home was perfect for hosting a staff retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The amenities of the gameroom, theater, hot tub, sauna, etc. made a perfect space for bonding and memories to be made. The decor of the house was on point with every detail being touch upon. Would return to this house for future visits to Asheville!

Very pleased!

Very clean and spacious house. Love that the house is all updated and has beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. I thought the house looked even better in person than the pictures. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were greeted with sweet welcome gifts which was a very nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again!
