Beautiful, rustic, spacious, and welcoming, this hundred-year-old un-winterized house on Black's Point is utterly transporting. Featuring an open floor-plan, generous porch, a wide lawn for games, two access-points to the lake, and plenty of beds, there is enough room here for friends and family to pursue whatever activities they wish. The funky (but well-appointed) kitchen features two sinks, a breakfast bar, and a kitchen island, making the preparation of festive meals for large groups easy and fun. You are encouraged to play badminton or croquet on lawns that surround two sides of the house, or lounge on the deck or down by the fire pit. The mesmerizing view of the lake through the trees facing west is breath-taking at any time of the day. The two different access points to the lake offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy Caspian in various weather conditions (i.e. shelter from the wind) and to view the sunrise or the sunset over the water.
