Welcome to Crystal Shores unit 1105! Also known as "JUBILEE BY THE SEA"!

Crystal Shores is a direct Gulf front complex. Every unit in Crystal Shores is 2BR/2BA and 1056 Sq.ft. Crystal Shores offers an indoor/outdoor swim through pool, hot tub, game room, fitness center, amenity area restrooms, and direct beach access. Ikes beach service sets up in front of the condo for guests to rent chairs and umbrella set ups from them. Guests can bring their own beach chairs and umbrellas if they want.

"JUBILEE BY THE SEA" is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 11th floor.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 end tables, a coffee table, 2 arm chairs, flat screen TV, balcony access and an unbelievable direct Gulf View!

The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, on suite bathroom, direct balcony access and a breathtaking view of the Gulf! The private on suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an oversized vanity with granite top.

The over-sized balcony is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom and has one of the best views available in all of Gulf Shores!

The kitchen in this unit offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a bar area with seating for 3. In addition to the bar seating there is a dining table as well so there is plenty of room to have family dinners in this unit.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and direct access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with granite top, a door that goes into the 2nd bedroom and a door that goes into the main living area of the unit as well.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit has hard surface flooring throughout!

This unit also has a reserved covered parking spot that must be used on the 1st floor.

Discounts offered (If your selected dates warrant a discount the discount automatically applies):
Full week discounts on 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday week reservations)
Extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are more than 28 nights.

Walking distance to several restaurants and Pier 33 is right across the street. about 1 mile from the Hangout. Very nice location and fast elevators!

Perfect

We loved our stay at the Jubilee by the Sea. Having coffee on the balcony enjoying the waves crashing along the shore was amazing. Plus, you throw in a short walk to the pool, hottub and beach and it was worth it all. We didn’t take in any of the tourists' localities because that wasn't our goal. We wanted a peaceful and quiet vacation and it was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Jubilee by the Sea

Property manager was excellent! He came to give us a tutorial on using the TV remotes and was very helpful. The view from the balcony is fabulous; the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes; there was plenty of hot water. The only improvement I would suggest is to put more comfortable furniture in the living room.

First time to Grand Shores

Hello, we visited Jubilee by the Sea on October 20th through the 28th. Our first time to Grand Shores and we could not have been more pleased. The condo was clean, bright and all that we needed, right on the beach. The location is really perfect for all the good places to eat. The bed was comfortable and both bedrooms and living room had large screen tv's. The parking was very convenient. We will definitely consider going back next year.
