The house was very clean, cosy, and well provisioned. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with ample utensils, silverware, and cooking supplies. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back again!

This house was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this home. Very clean, nice layout and the host was very kind! Easy access and kid friendly! The town is small in the best way. We were only a mile walk away from a beach which we visited every evening after a day of hiking. House has air conditioning and all modern amenities but keeps that cozy charm. Loved this house!

We didn’t spend much time in the house really just slept there and showered. Everything was clean. The house was well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The host left a very nice basket in the kitchen filled with coffee, popcorn, the makings for s’mores and more. The one thing the house could use is Wi-Fi.

Perfection location. Impeccably clean. Very clear instructions for driving directions, entering the house and expectations for guests. The house has a rustic charm that fits in well with Big Bay, Michigan. I am very familiar with the village and this house exceeded my expectations. I would like to add that the overland instructions to Mt. Arvon were very helpful. I am a snowmobiler and I usually take Trail 14 in the winter to Mt. Arvon. I have never went from Big Bay to Mt. Arvon in the summer. We have a place in Ontonagon so we go up from L'anse usually. I highly recommend the drive in the summer with a good 4x4. We saw deer, hawks and even a black bear on the trail. Highly recommend and look forward to booking again when we stay in Big Bay!

We often camp in the UP, but having a place to go to get restful sleep after a day of exploring was so nice! This place was wonderful!!! Super clean with everything you could possibly need. Outstanding host! We would definitely stay here again!

Great valued home to stay at. Wendy is a great host and left our group S’mores supplies and snacks. Air-conditioned for great comfort and right in the heart of Big Bay!

Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Nice enclosed porch plus a wonderful fire pit area. Only a 30 minute drive to the Superior Dome, but out away from the traffic of Marquette. Deer come into the yard at night and eat off the apple trees. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for us in our stay. Enjoyed it 100%, Had friends close by and rode around the area. Got to enjoy wildlife and the beach. May have to go back.

Big Bay Getaway

Very clean and has a homey feel to it. Right in the heart of big bay. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Great spot. We will be back for sure!
