Quiet street with great neighbors. Close to Lassen National Park. Short 8 minute drive to Lake Almanor and walking distance to world famous Buffalo Chips, coffee, and Mexican restaurant. WiFi and Fire stick. No pets.

A lovely home that has been extensively enlarged and upgraded over the years! It has a spacious living room, separate dining room, two very good bathrooms plus a large and well equipped kitchen and separate laundry room and two great porches. Shows pride of ownership on the part of its local owners who are readily available if needed. Best place we've ever enjoyed in Westwood!!

The place is clean. However, the light in the downstairs bed room flicked and the cover is hanging down. Upstairs is very hot, even with the fan on, it didn't cool down until after 11:00pm. Most of the ingredients provided were stale. We only stayed two nights, so it wasn't worth bothering the owner to fix anything. The stairs to upstairs is very steep, not recommend for the elderly people.

You were provided with cell phone numbers prior to check-in, with instructions to let us know if you needed anything. Yet - you waited until after check out, to say the ceiling light fixture had unclicked, which is a 2 second click back in place fix. The ad mentions the steep stairs. The majority of the houses in the area do not have AC, it cools to the 40’s in the evenings - also the house is not listed as having AC. Again, I apologize the vinegar in the cabinet, for free use, didn’t meet your expectations. Please read adds fully about houses and follow instructions to communicate any issues next time. Thanks for leaving the house clean. Best wishes Hannah for any future stays in the area.
