Great Property and Great Location
This place was (almost) exactly what we were looking for. A reasonable amount of space for the 9 people in our group, some fun amenities (i.e. pool & pool table), an abundance of parking, and located right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go.
There were televisions in each room with Roku options, which was nice for those who like to throw something on to sleep to. The two bathrooms were plenty for everyone to share and the patio area was a pleasant area to hang out. Everyone also really appreciated the massage chair; especially after a long walk on the strip!
The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow, very thorough, and not at all demanding. The host was timely in their delivery of information and very responsive to the individual messages we exchanged throughout our stay.
While the space was adequate (doubling-up in the bedrooms), it doesn't exactly cater to 10 people. Mostly this had to do with a lack of dining area large enough to accommodate everyone. There also weren't 10 sets of silverware, plates, bowls, or glasses/cups, though there were plenty of coffee mugs!
It did have a dishwasher large enough to hold plenty of dishes, a good sized stove, and even two separate ovens. All of this would accommodate cooking a meal for a large group, except that you wouldn't really be able to eat together.
This was not a deal-breaker for us, but something you should plan ahead for if you want to eat in. We would definitely stay here again!
