Located in the most exclusive beach in Juan Dollo. Walk to bars , restaurants, banks, supermarkets , beach, equestrian center. Five minute drive to golf club. Enjoy everything you need for a great vacation. Full kitchen, beach chairs, beach access, in-unit laundry, pool, infant pack & play, and other amenities. Wake up to the most breathtaking views of the ocean in pure luxury and comfort. Initial set toiletries & laundry detergents provided. Weekly cleaning included for stays over a week.
The space
The apartment is open concept, it has a modern eat in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove top and large refrigerator. You can enjoy the beautiful ocean views while preparing your meals. The kitchen windows face an equestrian center with beautiful horses. If you are lucky, you might catch a show for free. The apartment features a large balcony with seating and a small dinning table. The bedrooms have spectacular views. Beds are positioned to face the blue and green scenery from the moment you open your eyes. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds or a king size bed depending on your preference. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. The apartment also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The space is designed to be modern beachy, perfect for families, couples and friends.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire apartment as well as common areas, such as parking and the pool. Beach access is less than a 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Other things to note
This apartment stands out because it has amenities that many apartments in Juan Dolio do not have. We have a full oven and a dishwasher, we also provide beach chairs to save our guest from having to rent those out. We have premium cable and high speed fiber optic internet. We offer complementary pack & play and feeding chairs for those traveling with infants.

Sweet escape

This is my second time staying here. I am so happy I found this place. I visit the area for business and pleasure and I finally found a place that is perfect for both. The condo is beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high speed internet, steps to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The views are like no other and every room has them. The apartment is breezy and bright. The pool area is very clean, the building is super secure and there is ample parking. Paola is an amazing host, she actually gave me a fruit baskets to thank me for rebooking. Her communication is on point and timely. I enjoyed all her recommendations. I am planning to stay here every time I come to the area. There is no need to look anywhere else. FYI l, the apartment is spotless.

Condo in Paradise!

This apartment is extremely clean and has spectacular views from every room. The kitchen is has everything you need to make your meals and has a full oven and dishwasher (which is not common in the Dominican Republic). It is decorated tastefully, is very comfortable and can even be called luxurious! The beach was just a 1 to 2 minute walk. The pool area is very clean and has a nice breeze. There are lots of activities to do in the area as well! I enjoyed the golf course for metro club which is a 5 minute drive. The location is close to Santo Domingo airport and has easy access to other beach towns. This is a great location if you want to explore the island. Very central. I enjoyed several restaurants in the area, all very good choices. Juan Dolio is safe and has a very charming vibe! The host is responsive and a true pleasure to communicate with. She really thought of everything when setting up this place. We felt very comfortable here and plan to return soon!

Why they chose this property

Juan Dolio is the belly button of the island :) This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Dominican Republic. The beach is stunning, there is a huge selection of activities and restaurants in the area. I love that I can land at SDQ airport and be home in 30 minutes. I also like that I can enjoy the beach during the day and take a quick ride to Colonial City for dinner if I want to or I can stay local and walk to one of the great restaurants available in town. Juan Dolio has easy roads to Punta Cana, Samana, Santo Domingo, La Romana, Bahayibe among many other tourist destinations. This town is great for families, couples and singles. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

My property has the best views of the ocean anyone can have. I also have views of the the Hemingway Equestrian Center, giving me an opportunity to see beautiful horses gallop right for my kitchen. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I offer a fully supplied kitchen with high-end appliances and cookware. I have a dishwasher, which is very uncommon in the Dominican Republic, I offer bedding for infants and toddlers and I also have cable for those that want more than a netflix night. I provide beach chairs, towels and a carrying bag. The toiletries I provide are actually really good quality. I take pride in offering a luxurious and comfortable stay for you and your group.
