What a great place to stay! All of the amenities of home, and a beautiful view. The bed in the primary suite was so comfy, and the ensuite was large, with a washer and dryer. Easy parking access. And the beach was just a few steps away.

Beautiful and spacious condo had everything we needed! Balcony was also large and fun to watch the boats go by. Perfect location on Lake Havasu with views of the London Bridge and walking distance to shops & restaurants in the Village. Host was very attentive as well. We enjoyed our time here. The balcony is next to the neighbors’ balcony and you can see each other so no going out there in pjs :) but not a deal breaker.

This is a beautiful spot to enjoy the water. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee. It is Very spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. Maybe some regular chairs on the balcony would be more comfortable than just stools.

Condo was super clean and well stocked. Overall, our experience was excellent, and the condo is beautiful. The main TV keep restarting every few minutes and that issue was never resolved. The bed mattress was not our favorite, but that often is an individual preference. Thank you.

Best Condo in King's Landing

My family and I take an annual vacation to Havasu every year and have stayed in four different condos at Kings Landing. From the set up of it to how nice it was, and where it was in relation to the water, everything was top-notch. The bed the pillows were all super comfortable as was everything in the condo. We will definitely be booking our next stay in this condo.

Havasu Balloon Festival weekend

The condo was beautiful throughout, and everything about our stay was perfect. One of the best views, if not the best view in the complex! We definitely would like to stay there again in the future.
