This special place is inspired by the 1920’s and I wanted you to have a little feel of it. It’s close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just minutes from Downtown, Colts stadium, Convention center and 15 minutes from the Indianapolis Airport. Take a walk to one of the Local Bars or to the Ice Cream shop just a block away. Plan a walk to the Historic Garfield Park built in the 1800’s, where there are always events going on, or maybe you just want to enjoy some quiet time on the patio drinking your coffee or having a glass of wine.

Short Stay

We were in down for a conference and did not want to be in a hotel. Although the house looks small from the outside, was roomy on the inside. The location of the house is 10 minutes from the downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and parking on the street was a non-issue. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something better than a hotel room that is close to downtown.

Great Cottage Close to it all.

We a group of four family members came to Indianapolis for the 2024 Eclipse. We booked the cottage serval months ago. Check-In was smooth and easy. Home was as described. We did have a couple of minor issues during the stay, but nothing that detoured our stay. We would have no issue returning here.

Unfortunate Water Leak

Unfortunately the day before we were to arrive we received an email saying there was a water leak but she didn’t need to cancel but we may notice a faint odor. The odor was faint to start but as the weekend progressed it became much worse. I can not recommend anyone stay there until the leak is fixed and the odor is dealt with. There also seemed to be a problem with the water heater. The water was luke warm. Also note that the listing notes no oven which we missed. It is unfortunate because there were some nice amenities like the coffee/tea bar and shampoo/conditioner dispensers and the owner was prompt with communications. I hope the issue can be resolved quickly and future bookings go better.

Great stay

Good neighborhood and very quiet. Parking was no issue. Communication was great! Very clean. Only issue we had was a plumbing issue but host communicated well with us. It was just one of those issues that happen with no fault of owner. Would stay again!
