This renovated 2/2 condo is located in a community with lots of green space, old Oak trees, an awesome pool & is walkable to HEB, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping along South Congress & South First. You'll be so close to it all yet in a secluded community at the same time. The pool is always clean and full of both sun & shade - whichever you prefer! The complex has several grilling areas throughout the property as well. The complex is gated, well kept & safe.

The unit has gorgeous Bamboo hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. Appliances are all updated. There are two very spacious bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a custom California Closet and en suite bathroom which was recently fully renovated with a gorgeous walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has a full size bed and desk. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower & has had a facelift. Kitchen is updated, open & bright with everything you could need. There are custom room darkening dual shades throughout. The unit is on the first floor with two patios and is well situated within the complex. You will love this space as much as we did living there for 8 years!

Best Stay Ever

I will recommend this place to anyone. Mel and her husband were great hosts. The apartment was on South Congress which had tons of restaurants, tourist areas, and close to downtown Austin. It was super clean and easily accessible. I had booked due to a surgery I was having and was in town for over a month. It was the perfect spot for recovery and on the lower level which made it even better. The hosts were always quick to respond if anything came up and checked in mid trip to make sure things were still going ok. If we ever find ourselves back in Austin I will definitely try to book this same place again.

We love sharing the condo and everything the area has to offer like restaurants, shopping, the local art. We love trying new restaurants and going to live music. We're always happy to share recommendations!

Why they chose this property

What we love most about the South Congress area is the walkability. No matter what we needed or wanted to do, from groceries to coffee to a gift for a friend, we can walk to it from the condo. Not only that, but its such a central location so its the perfect starting place for any driving journey.

What makes this property unique

We lived very happily in this condo for 8 years - we put so much love and sweat in to making it the perfect, livable space. We love the bright kitchen and updated bathrooms as well as the storage. Add to the space being just steps from so much of what makes Austin unique, its the perfect home away from home.
