Great place

Josmar has been a pleasure both times that we have stayed at this location. Always wants his guests to be happy. I plan to always stay here when I go back to Elk Grove to visit my family and friends.

Very nice, clean, quiet accommodations. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. We will stay here again when visiting Elk Grove. All stores and restaurants no more than 3 miles away. Conveniently located.

This was a nice and quiet location. We had a problem with the WiFi due to VRBO and the owner was really great about trying to take care of us. We are staying there again for four nights.

Nice little apartment. Perfect for the two of us for a few nights. Very clean and very well kept up. Could have been slight more kitchen utensils and bowls/dishes, but otherwise everyone was fine. Just was very nice and communicative.

Quick visit

At first, I was not sure of this property because it is attached to a house. However, it was very convenient for me visiting family and friends. You hardly ever even heard the host and his family in the house. I would recommend the Fortuna suite anytime!

The bed was way too soft like sleeping in a hammock, my husband had to sleep on the couch which was not much better Although the room was clean it really needed a better mattress

Stay HERE!

The listing of this inviting property was just as the pictures describe! Upon arrival everything was clean and tidy. The decor was playful and fun. The location had such ease to both highway 99 and interstate 5, so getting to the airport or the Bay Area was a breeze! You’ll love that even if you get back late (or early) there are lights that will illuminate your path. I particularly enjoyed that as soon as I came in the door would automatically lock behind me. Would highly recommend that if your in the area and need a place to stay you stay here! As other people have mentioned in their reviews there is a shared wall, but the crossover sound is a minimum. Thank you to the hosts! Next time I’m in California will definitely stay there!
