They are charging us for every kWh for our 82hr time frame, which includes their base cost for electricity when no on3 is there. The meter says 1200 kWh. That’s over 230! They have lights, pool, AC and other electricity they runs when the pool home is empty, so we are paying their electric use also. Not cool. Will never do that again. They also tried to charge 100 for the pack n play, and for an 2-hour early check-in. They will interrupt your fun by coming in person to “check you in.” I rent, and I don’t want to stop what I’m doing to meet with you while my family is in the pool. . The whole lanai and pool area has a mold smell and the surface of the pool was infested with weird ants. Promised a pool tech that day but they never delivered. The home is beautiful. It’s the management that sucks. All communication was by text only. No laundry soap and no coffee anywhere for the K-cup machine and that’s their only option. No plastic dish sets when there is nothing but tile, glass and stone in and out of that house. They did have plastic cups. Still waiting for my 1000 deposit back. It’s Friday and we left there Monday morning. We cleaned the place very well.
