Since this is a true 4 seasons rental, the well pump is located under the staircase indoors to prevent freezing during the colder months. That being said you will hear it kick periodically when using water. We have provided a 4 stage plus UV light whole house filtration system to treat all incoming water from the well. The cottage is on a septic system so please be mindful of water use and only flush toilet paper.
