*Take the used towels (including kitchen dish towel) and leave them on the bathroom floor *Turn off all lights and appliances *Wash all dirty dishes
*Clean out the empty Keurig pods from coffee maker and empty the water from the side storage *Close and lock all windows *PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH IN THE GREEN DUMPSTERS

This was perfect for me and my wife for a few days while visiting family. Place was clean neat and came with a beautiful view which we loved. We had lunch outside with Weber grill and picnic table provided. We were blessed with an excellent day as well! Kitchen was well stocked and coffee was flowing all weekend long.

My daughter had a great stay and couldn’t be happier with this rental. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy check in process and everything we needed was there. Many restaurants within 15 mins or u can cook in the unit or outside on the grill. Love this marina and its staff, and always look forward to staying for a few days without a long drive home
