Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) We recommend traveling by car when exploring the picturesque Texas Hill Country and Horseshoe Bay. Our enchanting locale is best navigated by car, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and natural wonders of the region.
If you do require transportation, our concierge team can assist you with arranging all your transportation needs
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a serene and delightful experience for all guests, we have implemented the following policies at our property:
Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation: With prior written permission, we allow a maximum of two pets per stay, subject to a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Unfortunately, we do not permit cats on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000.
Age Restriction: Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. Valid identification may be required upon check-in.
Pool Usage Guidelines: The swimming pool can be heated for your comfort at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange pool heating, and refrain from attempting to heat the pool independently.
To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you avoid using glass tableware or bottles near the pool. Additionally, please rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water to maintain its clarity and cleanliness.
Exterior Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of all guests, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. It is important to note that these cameras do not face inside the house or monitor interior spaces.
