I really enjoyed my stay, the host was fantastic the property had enough space for everybody. The pool on the roof was one of my favorite things. I will rebook here again on my return.

Perfect house for group of friends.

Can’t say enough about how much more positive my stay was because of this house. Plenty of places to sleep, bathrooms/showers, 2 kitchen areas. The rooftop pool was a great addition to the amenities. We had one minor issue regarding a voice controlled light, Dominick quickly resolved the issue and called to make sure we were all set. He even sent some suggestions of local places to check out. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in San Juan for the New Year 2025!

The property had a lot of potential and many great features, including a convenient location near everything and a spacious layout for our group of 15 people. The house was spacious, well-maintained and most important it was clean. Despite a two-day island-wide power outage, our host Dominic was incredibly responsive by ensuring a generator to meet our basic needs for charging the phones and having lights in some area of the house. During all our stay in this property, he was friendly and tried to address any of our concerns quickly by keeping us all the time satisfied.

Everything and more!

OMG! What an EPIC property with an EPIC host. This is a spacious property with big bedrooms and bathrooms . There were 9 of us staying and could have accommodate 14 of us. The house as it was presented online. This property was centrally located to everything. I have been to PR 3x and this by far was the best stay. Thank you Dominick for tending to every little need requested. This made my daughter's 28th birthday so memorable. I will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Hato Rey is in San Juan, centrally located and has a vibe onto itself. The home is located just off of La Milla Ora (The Golden Mile), which is Puerto Rico's financial district. The area is residential, but it has loads of restaurants, bars, and near by amenities like supermarkets and gyms. This area just feels like home.

What makes this property unique

Everything about the property is unique. It's colorful and vibrant, cozy, and designed for you to have everything you need to have a great vacation. My favorite space is the rooftop, where you can float around in the pool, admiring the wide open sky, which is magical in Puerto Rico. Sometimes it feels like you can just reach up and touch the clouds. You should come check it out!
