Linda’s home is very peaceful and quiet, which was a nice change after staying in Vegas hotels for four nights. We particularly liked the back patio and enjoyed grilling some steaks for dinner after eating in restaurants all week. The living Spaces could use additional lighting, and I was surprised that there were no shampoos provided, which is usually always the case in Vrbo’s. Other than that, I would highly recommend her home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was so nice and the house was perfect for my husband, teenage son, and myself. Lots of restaurants that deliver are nearby, so we enjoyed the weather and our meals out on the back patio.

A beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes to Fremont Street and/or The Strip. Host is very prompt with replying to questions / comments. Parking in the garage was a bonus with the outdoor temperatures. Extremely clean property. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. This is probably our best VRBO experience. Absolutely no complaints. We will definitely bookmark this property and look for it when we plan our next vacation to Las Vegas.

This is one of our better VRBO stays. Our host was very communicative and on top of things. The home is in very good condition and we especially liked the bedding as it was very comfortable. I also liked the ability to use the garage for overnight parking, and I noticed a 50 amp outlet in the garage for EV charging if needed.

Great accommodations off the strip

We wanted to spend some extra time in the Las Vegas area off the strip and this house was a great find. We enjoyed the patio and it was nice having a garage to park the car. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.

This was the perfect property for us. Clean, comfortable and easy check in and communication with the host. We stayed for 9 days prior to our son's wedding at the Summerlin JW Marriott. The kitchen has all the basics for preparing simple meals but there are also many wonderful restaurants nearby (downtown Summerlin has several restaurants shopping, Honey Salt, Nittaya's Secret Kitchen), Very close to Red Rock Recreation area and only a 20 -30 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip. There is a nice park nearby for morning walks. I highly recommend!

Very nice place

The house was very nice place to stay while in Las Vegas. It is a bit far from the strip so you would need a rentel vehicle but you can park it in the garage. It was very clean and had everything we needed while in the house.
