This coastal-themed condo has everything you and your friends or family could want in a seaside home away from home. That includes beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a wheeled cooler, which means less packing and no need to purchase those items after you arrive.

This unit sleeps 6, with a King bed in the master, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked so you have everything you need to fix a light snack or present a gourmet meal to your guests. Inside entertainment options include three flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a selection of books and games. Free HBO and Wi-Fi.

From this unit, it's just 120 steps from the door to the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach - with no streets to cross. Many great restaurants are within walking distance, as are ice cream shops, mini donuts, delis, bars, coffee shops, and more. A free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village for even more shops, restaurants, and bars. Most of the local bars/restaurants have live music every night.

The Sea Shell Condominiums offer other amenities, such as both gas and charcoal grills, a large, heated pool, two elevators, laundry facilities, and one assigned covered parking space per unit. They also provide beach lounges and chairs. We are conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the elevator.

We were told the condo was more accessible for a wheelchair than it was. It was very hard to maneuver some areas with a wheelchair in the condo. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets and had to be rewashed before we used anything. The front bedroom was very hot and we had checked vents, turned the air down, and moved fans into the room. It was still very hot in there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My two kids and I had the best rental experience at Sea Shell condos. We stayed in 105 and it was the cleanest most beautiful condo I have stayed in. Very short walk to the beach with chairs provided and beach towels. An umbrella, toys , noodles and cooler were in condo. Multiple restaurants and shops were easily walkable across the street or take the free trolly / frog hopper up the Village. The office staff was so kind and helpful as well. We will definitely be back

We have stayed in many units and this year’s unit 105 has been a great one. The unit was beautifully furnished, everything worked great, very clean, well equipped, etc. we will try to stay here again. Loved it. Thank you to the owners and to the management company.

Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the use of the trolley to the village and to the other end to visit turtle beach. Was able to play pickleball daily at the public courts. It was an amazing trip. Don’t miss the drum roll on Sundays!!
