Fun family trip to beach

The house is 6 house from beach which is great for beach lovers and teenagers can go easily and safely to beach to surf at any time. the owners live upstairs apartment of house and you rent the downstairs. You see them often but they are very nice and accommodating to anything you need. Unfortunately, there is a house being built next door so we heard construction and music. Close to stores and places to eat. Would go back!

Great spot on LBI

This is a fantastic place to stay on LBI! Quiet street, so close to beach and the house is even nicer than it looks online. Fantastic kitchen loaded with everything, beds and convertible couch very comfy, everything is super-clean, great backyard, and Alice the owner is very accommodating and helpful. So glad we stayed here!

Everything you need - awesome!

Perfect location on the island. Super close to the beach. Awesome kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the kitchen supplies you could need. Fenced and roomy back patio with fun outdoor dining space. Charming front porch. Best part is the outstanding communication and friendly personality of the owners. Absolutely recommend to any type of customer who wants to enjoy a wonderful time staying on LBI and having a short walk to the beach.

FANTASTIC STAY in LBI!!!

This property was just perfect for our famiy of four. Alice and Gio were wonderful hosts!! Ktchen was large and great to entertain. House was very comforable. Backyard was great.... Being 4/5 house from beach was incredible!! Very clea. Recommend to all that want a perfect location. We will be back next summer!!!!!

The house was perfect.. half a block from the beach and walking distance to breakfast spots, lunch/dinner spots, mini-golf, and ice cream! Outdoor space in both the front and the back, laundry in the house, plenty of air conditioning to keep the place cool, and a great kitchen to hang in. Alice was an awesome host who responded quickly every time I reached out leading up to my trip. Once we were there, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Would definitely go back to Alice’s place!

Relaxing getaway

This was our first trip to LBI. It was such a great trip! My husband and I relaxed and our boys had a blast playing on the beach, walking for ice cream at night, and visiting the nearby arcade. The house was comfortable and well stocked and was incredibly close to the beach. Alice and her family were lovely hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Had A Great Stay!

We had a most wonderful two weeks! Long Beach Island has been "my" beach since I was a kid. I drive down once or twice a week to enjoy the ocean & relaxing atmosphere. However, this year we decided on an extended stay... This lovely home was perfect for my family. Inside was clean, bright and NOT musty smelling. Easy to clean up due to the hardwood & ceramic flooring. The air conditioners, when needed, kept us all cool & comfortable. The referigerator had an ice maker & water filter - was perfectly modern & clean as was the dishwasher. All the other necessities for the kitchen where well stocked. The clothes washer & dryer - again, modern & in perfect working order. The outside shower was roomy and CLEAN. The shower head was full & water pressure strong. An easy walk to the beach, being this home is on the beach block. The lifeguards are on this section of the beach. Also was plenty of room between the swim zone & surfing/fishing zones. This is a VERY clean beach. This home is less than a block from, and within walking distance to - Flamingo Golf, Woodies & Our Endless Summer Arcade. Easy walk also to Ocean Market and the begining of the Surf City shopping area. I would highly recomend this rental!!

My parents bought a house around the corner from 110 East 6th Street in 1969. I spent my summers working at local restaurants and ice cream parlors and thoroughly enjoying the beach experience. Riding waves on the beach, biking the length of the island and catching sunsets by the bay are just some of my favorite things to do on the island along with taking an outdoor shower to cool my sun-kissed skin at the end of a long day.
My husband and I bought this little house when my kids were toddlers and moved here full time when they were in high school. The beach was their backyard and both became avid surfers and skim boarders as well as environmentalists volunteering their time to annual beach clean ups.

Why they chose this property

I feel like this house chose us. My love affair with LBI began when I was 12 years old and my dream was to have a house on the street on which I grew up. As fate would have it, the house became available at a time when we could afford it and our children were young. It is a perfect spot for families with kids because you can always run back to the house when you need something and never miss too much beach time.

What makes this property unique

We're a half block to the beach. I guess you could be closer but our house has such great positive energy, Our back yard is very private for dinner and family time and our front deck is a joy to sit on just to read a book or watch people pass by, If you need something else there are plenty of bi, brand new houses to chose from but hey do not have the old school beach energy that this house has. This is an original beach house and there aren't many left.
