Luxurious Waterfront Penthouse 2BR/2BA + Parking!
Located in the heart of Seattle, our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has stunning water views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a TV in each bedroom, all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in each bedroom, and a memory foam floor mattress (it is actually comfortable!) to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful water view. Come enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on your private balcony overlooking Elliott Bay. Our home also includes wireless internet and central air conditioning.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a gym and a jacuzzi. There is also a secure garage parking for 2 cars (tandem) that is included in your reservation.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. hot tub and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

GREAT location! Cleanliness and appointments could be improved for the cost but perfect for walking to all the activities of Seattle.
It was an awesome location and condo. Nicely decorated and a comfortable stay. Exceptional views of the bay. Close to Pike Market and the piers. I'd highly recommend this location.
The condo was amazing. We sat in the window seal, looking out at the bay, drinking coffee each morning. So many things are easy walking distance. The market was so close and amazing. We were able to easily make an amazing dinner with stuff fresh from the market with the stuff provided in the kitchen. Clean, safe, beautiful, great communication. We highly recommend.

Bedding was dirty as was the rug in bath and also towels. Very questionable art. Life size male nude reclining statue? We threw a blanket over him but if we had kids with us we probably would be annoyed. Also pornographic cartoon in bath that made daughters uncomfortable.
Great location within walking distance to piers, Pike’s Place and the aquarium. Condo was in great condition. Very clean and secure. Great view of the bay and ships coming in and out. Would stay again!
The property looked as it did in the add photos. The location was great. The water view was the best thing! The only issue was there wasn’t enough hot water for everyone to shower in the evening. We ended up spacing our showers.
This vacation was great. This apartment is centrally located but not as walkable if you are not use to walking the hills like San Francisco. But the view from the apartment is awesome.
We had a great stay at the property. The location and view are incredible. It is centrally located and great for exploring Seattle. The hosts were extremely responsive.
Just a note: if you are unfamiliar with Seattle (we were), the walk to Pike Market is .3 miles (about 3 blocks) uphill or downhill. There are elevators but it's not a quick or easy walk for older adults.
We had a fantastic weekend in Seattle and our rental was exactly what we were hoping for. Ashley and Mike were amazing hosts. The apartment is optimally furnished, the decor is aesthetically very pleasing and everything was spotlessly clean. The view of the water from all rooms/windows is beautiful and to top it all we had clear weather every day making for a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.
This unit has an amazing view of Puget Sound and is walkable to everything that downtown Seattle and the waterfront have to offer. Check in was a breeze. Two secured parking spots with remote access worked amazing for our full-size Tundra Crew Cab! The unit had everything you need for dining in-unit, but why do that when you are steps away from world class dining! Owners were attentive to requests/questions before and during the stay. This unit is one of the best we’ve visited across the country!
The location was spot on for walking to Pikes Market Place (being right next to an elevator made that work well!) and walking to the Ferris wheel was easy too. Traffic on Alaskan Way made getting in and out a bit difficult but we managed. The view from the balcony was nice but we felt like there was too much furniture for 4 of us to stand out there.
The master bed was comfortable and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. Lots of keys and garage door clickers and key fobs to carry but you knew you were safe. It would have been nice to have two sets since we were two couples but we made it work.
Overall a nice spot for a visit to Seattle.
