Wonderful!

Place was clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for evening walks with plenty of sidewalks. The kitchen was stocked well. Beach chairs/cooler/towels were made available and perfect for use on our beach days. Pool was amazing with floatations. Johnathan thought of everything and very responsive to requests. Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic location. Spent 2 weeks with our son and his family. Probably the best location for golf, family, restaurants and the mall. Pool was fun. That comes from one who really doesn’t care for the water. And I USED it almost everyday. Manager helped us get squared away with the TV. I don’t have streaming at home. By the time I left, I was comfortable with it.

Beautiful Home in SRQ

Great property and the property manager was great. Only real negative was the fact that the "hot tub" had no heating element to it, so it was quite the opposite of hot. Nonetheless, we would stay here again, just not in the winter months, due to not being able to use the pool at all.
