Great place to stay that is quiet. Fairly close to the beach and had averyting we needed to cook at home. Thank you for hosting us.

Wedding get away

Lana is a fantastic host. She had all the essentials we needed and was extremely accommodating for early arrival and late departure. We really enjoyed the pool overlooking a large pond with lots of wildlife. The location is close to many restaurant's, stores and within 15 minutes of Siesta Key Beach.

Perfect Family Trip

Lana was an excellent host and provided quick responses and open communication. The house was beautiful and had the perfect combination of amenities for our family to enjoy. It was also located directly in front of a pond which was abundant with wildlife for us to observe. We would love to come stay again!!

All the comforts of home

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The kids appreciated having access to all the streaming channels.

It was AMAZING!! So many memories were made!

The house was beautiful! The pictures were exactly correct! The communication with the home owner was amazing and very respectful !! The house was filled with everything you need to stay 3 days or like us, a week!! The rooms were beautiful!! The pool was amazing and heated!! The garage had a pool table and it had beach chairs and ect. to take to the beach!! There were plenty of towels for your stay entirely. Amazing area, 5 minutes from food and grocery, and 15 minutes away from the beach!! Moral of the story, THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT!! Thank you for allowing all of my friends to have a wonderful time, and make memories that will last forever!!!

Disgusting house

House stuck like mothballs, pets and cigarette smoke. We walked in and instantly felt allergies flare up. House interior is very dated and felt like we were staying in our grandmothers house that wasn't updated since 1980. Photos of this place were definitely photo shopped as they don't reflect the conditions. We ended up eating the money and not staying there having to find a hotel last minute for somewhere to sleep as it was so bad we couldn't stay there. They refused to give us a refund even though medical condition allergies flared up instantly when walking in requiring an inhaler.

Our home was designed, decorated and equipped with sensitive guests in mind. Having my own family with intense allergic reactivity we do not accomodate guests with any type of pets, do not permit smoking/vaping and do not use any type of "mothballs" or anything comparable. In addition, the house is regularly maintained, deep cleaned and carpets professionally washed. Every guest is entitled to their opinion but how I wish every visitor could appreciate our vibrant atmosphere, boho style, deep, bold colors and tropical vibes! The pictures posted are exactly what our home looks like today. Frankly, I'm puzzled by the feedback because when I checked in with the guest, the group was enjoying our home and the accommodations.

Nice vacation

The home was located in an ideal area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful…perfect for morning walks… and it was close to many stores, restaurants, beaches and attractions. The outside pool area was perfect for day or evening relaxation and fun. The only thing missing was a grill…but clearly not a huge issue. Management was not only readily available for questions but quick and efficient with any issues we had. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property perfect for families

This house is beautifully designed and decorated and quickly made us feel comfortable and at home. It is well supplied with cookware, linens, towels, necessities, toys, etc. We spent a lot of hours in the heated pool either before or after the beach. The patio/ pool area was great and had everything we needed for a perfect pool day. My husband and I started our days by drinking our coffee on the patio and what better way to do that as the sun came up over the trees and hit the little water hole where we could watch so many different birds. Everything was exceptionally clean! We really appreciated that so much. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and necessities. The neighborhood has sidewalks and the park is just a few blocks away which was great for the kids. There are a few cons to the property... one of them that you cannot leave the house without a security camera noticing you. There are multiple cameras on the property and quite honestly felt like an invasion of privacy and not something that we were ever used to before. Two.. there is no kind of bbq grill at all, which we ended up renting one. (probably for some folks this is not a big deal, but usually a property of this type has one included.) three... the living room couches are not very comfortable for average size or taller folks. We are a family with kids from ages 2-12 so we do spend family time watching movies together and it wasn’t that comfortable to do in the living room. But there is a nice size tv in every room so that was ok. We enjoyed our time here in the abundant March sunshine!

Very Clean

We were Impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The view from the backyard is lovely. We enjoyed watching all the different kinds of birds. We wished the pool was heated. We would have used the pool if it was heated.
