Welcome to our delightful three-bedroom home nestled in the scenic town of Mastic Beach, NY. Boasting a private backyard and refreshing above-ground pool and minutes away from the pristine beaches of Smith Point, scenic parks, and historical landmarks, this retreat is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a peaceful break from the city.
The space
Our home is located at the end of a tranquil street with a private large backyard complete with a deck and 16' x 32' above-ground pool. The backyard area is fenced and tree lined offering complete privacy and plenty of space to run around. Fire up the grill, relax on the deck, or take a dip in the pool. Our home has everything you need to unwind and enjoy.
The house has three bedrooms, two full baths, living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry.
Our home is conveniently located to explore all that Mastic Beach has to offer... walking distance to the Bay Area deck, 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Smith Point, and 5 minute drive to the historical William Floyd estate.
