About this property

Multi-level, open, AC/FP, deck, swim club. F1703 by LRS

Enter this three-level spacious townhouse to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. The living room offers a wrap-around couch, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with DVD. The full kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seats six with three more seats close by at the kitchen counter. Also on this level is a half bath and washer/dryer as well as access to the back deck. Head downstairs to a second living area with a TV, two bedrooms, and a full shared bath with a jet tub. Each bedroom on this level has a queen bed and there are two child-size twins in the living area over the futon couches. The topmost level of the townhouse has two bedrooms each with a king bed, television, air conditioning, and private bath.

Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck overlooking a private pond. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided on weekends and holidays in the prime season.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces and sleeps no more than 8.

Loon mountain getaway fun

The rental was very spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms.It beats a hotel stay anyday. Very cozy atmosphere, very nicely decorated with New Hampshire theme and related to skiing and snowboarding hence on loon mountain. The property is very clean inside and out. Full kitchen with all the utensils you can think of for cooking own meals which is very cost effective for family. Very close to food gas stations, and convenience stores. We stayed here to go to storyland which is about a 45-minute drive, via kancamagus highway, which has spectacular lookout points to view the mountain. It was raining for a little bit that day but the tree limb branches with leaves covered the road and protected the car from the rain. The property is in a great location, and felt like home. We enjoyed it a lot and will be going back as soon as we can.

Great Getaway

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away. The property manager is outstanding. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.) I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Winter weekend

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

Annual Gamily Christmas Tree Trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactas listed. 3 levels of tastefully done decor. Four bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen beds. Plenty of room to spread out and ample room for everyone eat meals together. Fully stocked kitchen. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great Space

There were 7 in our group. This 4 bedroom townhouse was perfect. The two older couples stayed in the 2nd floor king size bedrooms with ensuite baths. Our adult children had the basement queens rooms and shared a bath. Two living rooms to spread out made it a perfect place to stay!

Felt like home away from home

Very homey feeling. House was pretty much clean, however towels were found that needed laundering along with waterbottle behind bed, so cleaning detail needs some improvement. It doesn't make sense you pay for a cleaning service but you have to clean the house before you leave....meaning gathering all garbage and taking trash to their recycling bins and sweeping and picking up floors. The house was warm, maybe too warm and the thermostat was set at 64 and the water was more than hot. Over all our family was happy and house was much more cozier compared to any traditional hotel.

Thanksgiving Family tradition

My family has been spending the Thanksgiving weekend in Lincoln, NH for 22 years. We love the area and especially nearby North Woodstock. Over the years we have stayed at Forest Ridge several times and have always enjoyed it. I did find the realtor generally helpful but communication was great at the beginning of the process but fell short toward the time of our arrival. We were told we would be emailed a keycode which we never received. However, we were able to stop by the realtor's office prior to entering our rental. Unfortunately we were given the wrong keycode. The lockbox was awkward to use because it was too low with poor lighting. It would have been helpful to have two keys. My daughters and their families were staying nearby in Forest Ridge and we were able to easily walk to their rental. Our rental was used primarily for sleeping.
