Beautiful townhouse with large terrace in a private community with 2 pools and a garden 2 blocks away from the Arenal beach.

The house features 3 bedrooms (one ensuite); 3 full bathrooms; living room with a fireplace; dining room; seating area; fully equipped kitchen with new appliances; washer and dryer; 2 patios and a balcony. Sofa bed downstairs turns into a double bed. All rooms have A/Cs. Fast fiber optics internet and private parking. Spacious patio has a BBQ, gazebo and lounge chairs.

Perfect location with just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and numerous restaurants and cafes.

One private parking space is included in reservation. Additionally there is plenty of free parking on the street.

Fantastic property, location and overall experience in Javea

Beautiful townhome within walking distance to Playa Arenal. The house has gorgeous architectural features, is tastefully decorated, and is perfectly set up for enjoyment of up to seven people. The quiet pool area is just a few steps from the wonderful back patio, which includes a large and functional gazebo for lounging and outdoor dining. We were also blown away by the overall equipment upon arrival: pool towels, soap, shampoo, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, oil & spices... And just a few minutes walk to supermarkets and restaurants on the boardwalk. The hostess, Iryna, was proactive and responsive communicating with us. When back in Javea, we'd stay again in this property in a heartbeat!

Mejor imposible

Todo fue perfecto, el lugar con una decoración excelente y muy buena calidad en todo lo que ofrece (toallas, almohadas, ropa de cama, jabones, etc.) Nada que criticar, muy recomendado. Lugares para comer y playa caminando, no necesitas mover el coche. El conjunto tambien está excelente. Sólo tiene capacidad para un coche en el parking, pero eso no fue problema, hay muchos logares para aparcar gratis en los alrededores.
