Island House Beach Resort, Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida! Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The unit is approx. 1000 sq. ft. has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, screened lanai, 3 flat screen tv's, dvd, in unit Internet and unlimited long distance. The unit has a king, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa, can up to 6 guests. It is located close to the swimming pool and is a short distance to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, tennis, boating, bikine, parasailing, kayaking in the area. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island and Disney are a short driving distance. Pack your bags and come visit us at Island House to make your vacation a most memorable one.

A great location that will be better when the road construction is completed. Great beach, nice pool, good parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed our villa. Overall really well kept and enjoyed the beds and pillows. Would love for an upgraded tub and shower floor. Some mold in the shower floor. Otherwise would definitely rent again. Last night there was a cockroach in our bedroom.
