Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted and has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, and covered parking, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit!. It has 1 King and 1 Queen bed as well as a washer and dryer. Just steps to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most beautiful sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, tennis in the area. Busch Gardens, Disney are a short driving distance. Come visit us at Island House and let us make your vacation a most memorable one!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so plesantly surprised with villa 17. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautifully decorated and a perfect open concept. Everything was clean and plenty of blankets and pillows. Massive TV for those rainy days. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for towels and swimsuits! Also the beach toys and things that are available in the storage/garage were helpful! Beach is beautiful and in perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I love the Island House. We always stay in one of the villas and it never disappoints. Our unit was the perfect size for our family, was very clean and just steps to the beach. All of the villas have their own style but almost all come with a lanai which is key to enjoy the outdoors. There is a community grill and of course the best sunsets you’ll ever see.
