Future travelers can expect upon arrival the home has been very well cleaned and maintained. All comments and reviews that reflect adverse conditions are looked into and dealt with immediately if conditions warrant attention. Because the home has over 3000 square feet of living space it can easily accommodate groups of various sizes. In an effort to assist guests with temperature control upon check-in at the home a Nest Wi FI thermostat has been added to the property to ensure adequate comfort levels. Future guests should note the thermostat to control the inside temperature can be found in the dining room and set to a prefered setting. Guest will find the Hot tub is normally running and waiting there arrival as well. Certain areas of the home have been decorated with rustic furnishing that aim to create an experience for travelers. Guests will find the home to be cozy and enjoyable. In an effort to capture this idea in the game room a Pac Man arcade console has been added. Time to get that high score! Hello travelers, Upon arrival guest will find the home has been very well cleaned. The family room is the 6th bedroom and is located on the first floor. On this level you will also find a full bathroom. The family room contains a fireplace and pull out sofa bed that sleeps two. The pool room / garage area has two full beds and one additional mattress that is tucked away inside the space..The game room is not classified as a bedroom, however it can be utilized in any manner a guest may choose. All appliances in the home are operational including heat and Central air conditioning. Guest's can look forward to the 7 person hot tub (6) flat screens , stainless steel BBQ grill, wireless internet, streaming service, and regulation pool table. The home is extremely spacious which gives the people in the home an abundance of personal room. The home is currently undergoing minor cosmetic work in a tasteful manner and will be completed before the beginning of spring. Future guest should note that linen is included with their stay. Traveling distances to all major attractions in the area are within eleven minutes driving time from the home. The Indoor and outdoor pool is located five minutes from the home. Due to the COVID 19 restrictions in the area i'm not sure if the pools will be open this season. Travelers should inquire before booking. " Looking forward to making your stay a great one". Future guests will find the entire home is future guests when checking-into the home will notice the house has been cleaned extremely well. and is very spaciou. Future guests should note: The hot tub is treated and disinfected upon every rental and is ready for use upon arrival. The home currently contains 4 flat screen Tv's at this time. An electric fireplace is also available for use in the family room and provides a soothing and relaxing ambiance. The gas operated unit is currently not in use. All appliances at the home are in working condition. An inventory is conducted periodically to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked. Future guests should note: If while at the home an item is not present that you are intending on using or is in worn condition, please reach out via phone or text message and I will have it brought over to the home ASAP. In an effort to ensure the healthy integrity of the mattresses in the home, customized plastic has been installed on them. Other options are currently being sought after. The home is constantly undergoing upgrading and is scheduled for inspection to address cosmetic issues that arise. Some furnishings are set back with a rustic decor and have a country appeal. The furnishings however are comfortable and safe to utilize. Complimentary items that are provided are as follows: Body wash, toilet tissue, trash bags, propane gas for bbq grill and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning products should be under the kitchen sink along with the hot tub shock treatment products. When reviews are received after a traveler has left the home attention is given immediately to address any concerns that may have been raised. it is my utmost concern that guests are comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. If you do not reach out with your concerns there is nothing I can do, and more than likely may not be aware of.
