Just a quick heads-up: As of March 15, 2025, we have installed a fantastic in-ground heated swimming pool for you to enjoy! It is the perfect size, measuring 14 feet by 24 feet. We can’t wait for you to take a dip and share your thoughts with us!
Welcome to the Breezy Bungalow!! The perfect place to bring the family or a group of friends for a stay on Tybee Island! A completely remodeled interior will allow you a stylish stay and a breezy back patio is perfect for an afternoon cocktail after a long day at the beach! Located on the bustling south end of Tybee with quick access to the beach, pier, back-river, and tons of bars and restaurants. Come relax on Tybee time!
The Space:
Welcome to the Breezy Bungalow!! The perfect place to bring the family or a group of friends for a stay on Tybee Island! Completely remodeled interior will allow you a stylish stay, and a breezy back patio is perfect for an afternoon cocktail after a long day at the beach! Located on the bustling south end of Tybee with quick access to the beach, pier, back-river, and tons of bars and restaurants. Come relax on Tybee time!
The Neighborhood:
The Breezy Bungalow is nestled within walking distance to the Tybee Island Pier, local restaurants, shops, the beach, and the back river! End your day enjoying the most beautiful sunsets from the back river beach.
Getting Around:
With Tybee Island being so quaint, residents can walk almost everywhere! If you do wish to drive be mindful that you do have to pay for street parking :)
Other Things to Note:
Heater for Swimming Pool -There is a $50.00 per day fee for the heater.
To make a reservation at our property, guests must be at least 21 years old. You must also complete a check-in form and provide a copy of your driver's license for age verification.
Exterior security cameras are on the property.
