Welcome to your next dream getaway on Carolina Beach, Seadragon 1! This beautiful, newly-built beach retreat features all of the modern amenities and luxuries one would expect out of a new home. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this vacation rental features ocean views and has several balconies with ocean views.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and access to a covered 7'x15' furnished balcony. The well-stocked, open kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-in bar. The separate dining area is a perfect place to gather after a day at the beach, with ample seating for everyone!

On the first floor, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to a balcony with ocean views, and access to an ensuite bathroom. The attached bathroom with a shower and tub combination and double vanities. Bedroom 2 features 2 twin-sized beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin bunk bed and a Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.

So clean!

The sea dragon 1 was very clean, as described and fit our needs! Lots of steep stairs, wish there were provided baby gates because it was stressful with 3 small children to relax. Great location!

Great for our weekend getaway

Newly built, light-filled house in a great location across from the beach access. We had 2 families there so a little more seating in the living room would have been very welcome, as well as a few more dishes and kitchen items, but overall it was a great stay and the kids had so much fun at the beach even in the winter!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Dragon 1 that we extended it for another day. :) My husband is suggesting to possibly have a blower available to get all beach sands out of driveway. The shower and hose were great, but we still dragged it back in elevator . Elevator was plus also :)

Carolina Retreats staff was very friendly with communication. The central property was new and clean. The only reason couldn’t get full stars is because keurig and coffee machine was broken. If I would have known, I could’ve brought my own. I let the rental office know on the first morning and they immediately got in touch with the owner. The owner told them they were overnighting a new machine, but it never arrived. Otherwise was a nice rental.
