Wow! This cabin is amazing! We stayed a week with our adult kids and we had tons of room in the cabin. The great room and deck are beautiful and the kitchen was very spacious and has a huge island which was perfect for meal prep or mid day snack! The cabin is roughly 2 miles from a grocery store and 3 miles from downtown Wellsboro, which was such a cute town and had great restaurant options! Overall a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views and so relaxing!!

(Almost) everything was great. We have only two suggestions. Put grab bars in the showers and replace two rollers on the lower dishwasher.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for sharing your suggestions. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We’ll make sure your notes about the shower grab bars and dishwasher rollers are passed along to the homeowner for consideration. We truly appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back again in the future!
Sitting on the deck at sunset, sipping cocktails, enjoying the scenery and the mooing cows - tranquil perfection. Regrettably, we came (1st week in Oct) a week too early to see the fall foiliage.

Debra, what a beautiful depiction of the Pond's Edge Lodge experience! Thank you for choosing Pond's Edge for your fall getaway. We'd be happy to host you for a future visit. Hopefully the foliage cooperates next time!
The location and setting was beautiful and peaceful. The house was also well maintained and stunning.
One note. The living room door to prick has a broken lock.

Thanks for choosing Pond's Edge Lodge for your stay with us! It's truly a retreat. Come stay again another time!
Beautiful property and cabin. Very cozy for an early Christmas getaway. Clean and clear communication with MVR. I only wish we could have used the wood stove! That would have added a nice warm bit of cheer to our otherwise wonderful stay.
Everything was exceptional. A couple of maintenance items that should be addressed: Sink drain in hallway bath is very slow. Shower drain in Master Bath is also very slow. Water pressure is very low in house.
The house is absolutely gorgeous. Is exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s surrounded by farms so it was great to hear and see the cows. See the goats across the street. The property is absolutely beautiful. It was beautiful weather and being able to sit out every night around by the lake with these beautiful bushes, mountains and trees with so much fun. We are a group of one person in the 60s and the other six are in their 80s Easy to get in and out of the house the beds were extremely comfortable. They had everything you needed to be able to cook. We had a great time a relaxing time. The only negative I would say because we’re old is the we all had to take a shower in the master because the other bathroom while it’s gorgeous has a deep soaking tub. It had no shower bars to help us get in and out. I highly recommend if you’re gonna be in that area to stay at this house it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s large and spacious. The surroundings are fantastic. Easy to get into downtown Wellsboro. We ate at the rooster. It was fantastic food super easy to get to the old wagon tours, which takes you through the Grand Canyon great ride, easy to get to from this location Very quiet at night we love there was no a lot of lights so you could see all the stars on the satellites. I had to contact the maintenance company twice both times they answered immediately. The person I worked with was a complete joy and extreme professional. Highly recommend this property
