About this property

Waterfront home & beautiful heated pool

Stay in this waterfront house with access to the Gulf. Relax by the beautiful private heated pool, play games in the screened in recreation space, grill out on the massive pool deck & enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the pool, balcony or the entire back side of house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 2 king beds & 2 twin beds. The kitchen, dining room & living room are open & have a vaulted ceiling to add to the spacious feel. The entire backside of the house has storm-strong sliding glass doors leading to the balcony that also spans the entire backside. The front of the house has a balcony with a bistro table & chairs to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee/tea. 2 kayaks & a paddle board are available or bring your own water toys & tie up to our dock. This is an elevated home with living quarters upstairs however there is a lift for those for whom stairs are a problem. We are close to a number of independent local restaurants, all the major big box stores as well as Weeki Wachee Springs & preserve.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors but the view down the long canal to the Gulf is the most spectacular sight & then you add the sunsets… wow! The glass doors all the way across the back lets you see that view from most of the house. The backyard pool is the icing on the cake plus the adjacent screen room makes a great place to relax out of the sun or beat your buddy at ping pong !
This is a great place to spend the upcoming scallop season as it is minutes to prime seagrass hunting grounds (July 1-September 24 for our area)
