This was our second year staying in Belinda’s home. It is perfect for families. Very comfortable with everything you need for cozy nights in. Meanwhile the location is perfect for enjoying dinner in nearby Carbondale and skiing in the Aspen/Snowmass ski area during the day. We love it!

Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and conveniently located near downtown Carbondale and the Aspen Snowmass Ski areas. My family and I loved this house and would definitely book again. Everything you need for nights you want to stay in, cook dinner and relax by the fire with a movie. Perfect family house

This four bedroom with an unobstructed Mountain View is perfect for the family getaway. The nursery setup is an added bonus. Beautifully decorated with the most fully equipped kitchen we’ve experienced in our world rental experience added to the relaxing stay. Basalt and Carbondale are close by and have a full range of retail and dining experiences. We hope to be able to return.

Amazing property

Our family traveled for yearly skiing trip to Snowmass. The house is 30 min drive from Snowmass Village. We loved it. The house is spacious, beautiful with great view. There are lots of little extras, which save you from making immediate trip to the store upon arrival like coffee, condiments, bathroom essentials. We will be back for future winter or summer vacation

Scenic Property & Neighborhood

We stayed here with three generations of family and had an amazing week of activities in Vail, Glenwood Springs and Aspen/Snowmass. The location allowed us to see and do many different things without traveling more than an hour away at a time. The house was very modern and spacious which was perfect for our family for 6 days. Our favorite parts were the huge outdoor balcony with gorgeous views and barbecue, kids bunkbeds (which they turned into forts), large kitchen which was fully stocked, Peleton bike, walking/running trail behind the house, and neighborhood pool.

This is a fabulous neighborhood with so many amenities including pool, gym, volleyball court, walking trail, easy access to Rio Grande Trail plus many more! Easy access to skiing in Aspen Snowmass, and hundreds of hiking trails, plus free Pickleball courts locally. Also the polo club is a 2 minute drive away! You just can’t beat it!

What makes this property unique

This is a an extremely comfortable multi generational home with many amenities to fit in your whole family or friends! It has a Peloton bike downstairs and workout gym, pool, volleyball court etc in the neighborhood. This house has an amazing open plan chef’s kitchen with coffee and tea provided! Lots of kitchen appliances if you love to cook!
