This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Lake Havasu! The condo was perfect in every way; comfortable, well-maintained, and located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and parks. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Havasu!

Great property and the Host was very responsive. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the London Bridge, secure parking and very well maintained property.Rated as good vs excellent for a couple of small issues (that we didn’t bother to ask the Host to correct). I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo!

What a great place! Condo was just as described and had all necessary linen and cleaning supplies. Very comfortable and roomy enough for four. Close to boat ramp and restaurants. Plenty of parking for cars and boat. This won’t be our last visit!
