Welcome to your perfect Park City getaway! Nestled in Canyons Village, our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is just a 2-minute walk (about 125 yards) to the Cabriolet lift at Park City Mountain Resort. With a blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience, it’s the ideal home base for your next mountain adventure.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin-over-trundle — a flexible setup that works well for both adults and kids. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. For added comfort during warmer months, the entire upstairs level is air conditioned — a rare perk in Park City. A second full bathroom upstairs provides additional convenience for your group.

Host was very communicative and responded promptly. The location of the property is great!! We could easily walk to take the free city bus to Main Street! The unit had everything we were looking for and can’t wait to come back again soon.
Loved the condo, location and host. Host provided great communication & information ahead of and during our stay. Condo was well equipped, can't beat the location to the Cabriolet lift. Would definitely book again next time we are in the area.

This rental property was very convenient for getting to the canyons village without transportation or walking a far distance. The owner was hospitable and the check in and out property was very easy. Will definitely reserve this property again.
The house os super well decorated, the owners super friendly and supportive. It’s very convenient, steps from cabriolet gondola. I higly recommend it!

Prime location to the Cabriolet lift. So easy to hit the slopes! Property management was helpful and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely stay here again.
Patty’s condo was perfect for our young family’s ski trip. The location is ideal, just steps from the cabriolet to Canyons (less than 5min to and from the base) and a quick trip to Main St. The space is just like the pictures, very clean, with lots of extras and everything you’d need for your stay. I’d highly recommend and look forward to our return!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in Park City and this by far was our favorite. From the boot dryers to the cooking spices in the kitchen , nothing has been overlooked by this owner . Everything we needed to feel at home was provided . And very clean too . Was also impressed that our walkway was even shoveled before we left at 8am . We will be back soon . Thanks again Patty!

Patty was a wonderful host, she was able to help suggest luggage storage options and was always so quick to respond. The home came equipped with tons of towels, soap and shampoo (good quality), and tons of kitchen supplies. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was also so convenient, very close to the 101 bus shuttle to take you to park city, or across the street from the cabriolet gondola that connects you to Canyons Village. Patty was so lovely and made us feel at home and like she was welcoming us into her own home. Would definitely stay again!

Patty was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for our spring skiing adventure! Ideal location <100 yds from Cabriolet lift to village base. We stayed on the Park City side last year, and for a family with younger children, I think the Canyons location is way better if you are going to have a car. You are ~7 minutes from Kimball Junction and commercial area of Park City, and ~12 minutes from downtown. Patty was super responsive (including troubleshooting the hot tub when my kids managed to change the display language to Dutch!) and her place had all the little things to make our stay fantastic (lots of hot tub towels, fully stocked kitchen supplies, lotion in bathrooms, dehumidifier, etc.). Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property
We chose the Hidden Creek area about 6 years ago. It's a hidden gem in the Canyons area! It has the privacy of a small enclave that is super close (walkable) to the Cabriolet ski lift, the 7-11 and the Park City Free Bus system. It is super easy to get around! After a busy day, enjoy the back patio with private hot tub, grill and picnic table.
What makes this property unique
One car parking in the driveway. NO hassles finding a space. Park and then go ski every day by walking to the Cabriolet lift. Private hot tub can't be beat! Also, the unit has a full sized washer and dryer and all the kitchen utensils, cookware you will need AND heated floors on the first floor (so nice after a great day on the slopes)
