A beautiful pet friendly Nantucket summer rental in the village of Sconset.
This wonderful pet friendly Sconset home offers an updated kitchen, queen bed first floor suite, large back deck, and spacious yard. The private property offers ample room inside and out for lounging and dining. The large deck invites guests to dine alfresco or relax under the umbrella, and a new firepit provides a wonderful spot to linger by the fire or make smores. Enjoy close proximity to Sconset Village while appreciating the peace and quite of a more remote location.
First Floor Description
Enter through the front door of the main house into a light filled, open concept living and dining room with cathedral ceilings with access out onto a large back deck perfect for outdoor entertaining overlooking and the expansive yard. The first floor offers a gourmet kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliance. The dining room has a wet bar with access to a side patio with mature gardens for alfresco dining. Off the living room is a hall with powder room and access to the first floor ensuite master.
Second Floor Description
The second floor ensuite master bedroom has cathedral ceilings and a private balcony with views of the adjacent Sankaty Head golf course and Sankaty Lighthouse. Two spacious bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunks the other with a queen bed share a bath.
