Yavonne's House is located in Conyers, GA just 30 miles away from downtown Atlanta, GA. The house is designed with thoughts of you, and your comfort in mind. Your needs are met with all the amenities of home during your stay. You'll enjoy the sounds of birds singing as you relax on the patio, squirrel chases, and the possible visits from hummingbirds and deer friends. There's no hot tub nor is there an exercise room, but there is a wraparound front porch with comfortable rocking chairs to rock away your stress or you can just go for a relaxing morning or evening neighborhood walk. You'll enjoy the smells of mint, honeysuckle, and lavender from the plants in the yard. The house is a tri-level with all bedrooms and bathrooms on the top level of the house. The keyless access pad requires a touch from you when leaving the house to engage the door lock.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before checking out, put all used towels in the laundry baskets in the closets or toss them in the bathtub
Put the dishes in the dishwasher and remove all food and trash from the house
Walk thru the house one final time before your final exit to make sure you have retrieved all of your personal items and charging devices.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Please clean up after your pets. Please don't leave pet waste in the yard.
No smoking of anything inside the house. This is a smoke free property.
No parties or gatherings beyond those that are apart of your stay. No decorations.

An amazing property and host

Yavonne's house was incredibly cozy, well maintained and exceptionally clean. She was thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond during our stay to help us with anything we needed. The home itself was stocked with everything we could possibly need on a trip. It was personally the best property we've ever stayed while traveling. If I am ever in the area again I will be trying to stay at Yavonne's house
