Located just a short walk to town, restaurants and on Ogunquit summer trolley route and only 0.8 miles from Footbridge Beach and 1.2 miles from Ogunquit Main Beach, this home is the ultimate vacation destination for your family getaway. Linen and towels are provided for yiur stay. Couple complementry beach towels are also provided.
This modern beach house boasts 3-4 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests plus a child with ease. The master bedroom also equiped with a crib.
You'll fall in love with the impressive oversized Palladian window and vaulted ceilings that add to the open concept floor plan. Each bedroom comes with AC, ensuring a comfortable stay even on hot summer days. Step outside and enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck, accessible from both the living room and the eat-in kitchen.
The house features a large upstairs master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a queen bed, as well as a loft area with another queen bed (loft opens to downstairs). Downstairs, there are two guest bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a convertible single sofa chair/bed in the master bedroom for a child. A newly stup wooden crib is offered this year.
A family bathroom with a shower is located downstairs, as well as a separate laundry room for your convenience. Fire up the Webster BBQ grill on the deck or gather around the firepit with wicker furniture for summer nights under the stars.
Your safety is our top priority and the house is equipped with a ring flood light with Ring camera at the entrance. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars (sedan or small SUV), making it easy to come and go.

We had a lovely stay at Nina’s residence…it was a great location for Footbridge Beach that we walked to and enjoyed every day…and also downtown and walking Marginal Way. Yet, her home was hidden away and very quiet, which was really nice…The only critique I would say is that we cooked several nights and all breakfasts due to the two grandchildren…I feel the home could have been outfitted with better pots and pans…we went out and purchased a fry pan and spatula, not available there. Also, I was happy I brought toilet tissue, paper toweling, and tissues as there was little or no replacement supplies…also, it was advertised there was a hot tub, but when reading her welcome booklet, there was n/a put next to the hot tub.Other than the above mentioned items, we really enjoyed our stay!
Extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the property upon arrival. Many issues of cleanliness and general maintenance of the property. Contacted the host immediately with specific issues and photos and was given the opportunity to leave to which I replied we had just driven 4 hours and were not about to attempt to relocate. Also offered to have cleaning person return the next morning, which was absolutely unacceptable. On the second day of our stay, the master bedroom shower would not drain. Upon calling the host, was told I had to remove the drain cover and clean out the catch strainer! I had no choice but to do that and it was not my hair that was clogging the drain. Absolutely disgusting. The attached photos speak for themselves. Filthy sponge holder in kitchen sink, dirty, dusty ceiling fan in living room, debris covered deck with protruding rusty nail head, unwashed cookware. Both bathrooms were renovated and quite lovely, but that is the only positive comment I can provide.

Nadia complained about a burn mark on a baking dish and a few leaves on the outside balcony, which is normally the outside cleaner’s responsibility. She raised these concerns in the evening on her check-in day. I immediately offered to send the cleaner back the next morning, but she declined. Instead, she requested a credit that I felt was excessive. We eventually agreed on an amount, but she continued referencing the possibility of leaving a negative review. While I always strive to address guest concerns promptly and fairly, I cannot accommodate unreasonable demands beyond what is proportionate to the issue. It appeared she was experienced in using such situations to request additional discounts, but not every host will agree to such tactics. Her low review rating also did not reflect her own positive comment during her stay, when she told me, “I am enjoying your home and master bathroom.”
