Located in Little Go Home Bay on Gloucester Pool along the Trent-Severn Waterway, our charming cottage property is set on over an acre of private land with over 100 feet of waterfront, featuring great westerly views and wonderful amenities to enjoy cottage county at its best!

Directly connected to Georgian Bay through Lock 45, this area is a boater's paradise; home to 30,000 islands with popular boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene.

On clear summer days, this property features a bright midday sun that shines throughout the afternoon and settles into the horizon for gorgeous sunsets, best enjoyed from the dock in the evening. Simply relax on the lake with a coffee after a morning sauna or fill your days with all of the fun and activities the Cottage has to offer, the choice is yours!

* Outdoor furniture is not available from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend

* SPRING/WINTER BOOKINGS: No bunkie access from November-May. The property turns into a 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom Cottage during this time.

* FOR WINTER BOOKINGS: ALL VEHICLES MUST have winter tires and 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended. The cottage is a 20 minute drive from the highway on hilly gravel roads. Although these roads are regularly plowed, driving can be tricky on snowy or icy days without the proper precautions and equipment. Also please note our private drive is usually only accessible halfway to the cottage during the winter/spring season and cars must park before the hill and not attempt to drive down where they will ultimately get stuck and have to call for a heavy tow.

Wow.

The location was great and the cottage was more like a home to us. Amazing places to walk and swim. We wanted to stay another day but regrettably had to leave after our six day stay. It was well equipped and had we had time to purchase life preservers we could have taken advantage of the supplied kayaks or canoe. Hope to come back next year. Charlie

A great family space as described

We booked this property without the comfort of past reviews and were pleased to discover things just as promised. The owner communicated very effectively with us and had helpful ideas about the area. The space itself was not huge and it was not brand new but we felt it was well cared for and carefully maintained. We felt very comfortable in each of the bedrooms. This property has great exposure for those who like the sun and the outdoor sauna was a nice bonus. We didn't watch TV but the internet was great. I should also mention that this was one of the best stocked VRBO/short term properties I have stayed in. Lastly, the owner seems like a great guy and we find that important. Proceed with confidence.
